After a year in operation, the Downtown Partnership’s Clean & Safe Program has received mostly positive feedback from survey respondents, making Downtown Colorado Springs a more welcoming environment for visitors, residents and businesses.

The Downtown Clean & Safe Program is a 19-month pilot program designed to enhance downtown through private security and downtown ambassadors who provide hospitality, and to expand the reach of existing seven-day-a-week cleaning operations and dedicated homeless outreach workers to connect those experiencing homelessness with community services.
