Ritual Hot House offers a wellness experience combining heat, cold, breath, steam, sound and intentional recovery in a community space. Each session is self-paced, with team members available to provide guidance when desired.

We wanted to build a space where people can reconnect with themselves and each other,” said owner Cassandra Matkin. “We’re thrilled to bring Ritual Hot House to Downtown Colorado Springs and introduce a wellness experience that empowers people to prioritize their physical and mental well-being.”
