Monument-based Lolley’s Ice Cream is opening a second location in Downtown Colorado Springs. A grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held May 16 at 12:30 p.m. and the community is invited to attend.
The family-owned business is known for its homemade recipes crafted in-house using high-quality ingredients with no preservatives, artificial colors or artificial flavors. All ice cream is made in small batches in Lolley’s dedicated gluten-free kitchen, making the shop a trusted destination for those with gluten sensitivities. In addition to its rotating lineup of handcrafted ice cream flavors, Lolley’s also offers espresso drinks, homemade baked goods, to-go pints and a variety of dairy-free and vegan options.
The new store is located at 216 N. Tejon St., directly across from Acacia Park in Downtown Colorado Springs.

“With both Lolley’s locations, we wanted to create more than just a place to buy a sweet treat – we wanted to provide a space where people could gather, slow down, and make memories together,” said co-owner Shelley Sapp. “Being right across from Acacia Park gives us the opportunity to welcome families after the playground, residents on evening walks, visitors exploring Downtown, and locals looking for their new favorite spot.”
