The forum is intended for community leaders, service providers and partner organizations to develop strategies, skills and systems to prevent and end homelessness.
The first statewide forum took place in 2025, drawing more than 150 attendees to share ideas, connect with peers and highlight local solutions. That gathering led to additional regional convenings, an online resource hub and expanded training opportunities for service providers statewide.
The Colorado Division of Housing is hosting the event in partnership with Community Solutions and Colorado’s four Continuums of Care: the Metro Denver CoC, Northern Colorado CoC, Pikes Peak CoC and Colorado Balance of State CoC. The Balance of State region encompasses Colorado’s 54 rural and non-metro counties, divided into 10 subregions.
The Continuum of Care Program is the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development‘s framework for coordinating housing and services for people experiencing homelessness. CoCs operate locally over specific geographical areas.
