‘Get On Board!’ to Serve the Pikes Peak Region

By Press Release on March 11, 2026 Daily News

Eight leading regional leadership development organizations and programs are hosting “Get On Board!” on April 1 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Penrose House Conference Center. This event will help community members explore opportunities to serve on boards and commissions across nonprofit and government entities in the Pikes Peak region.

Community members and alumni from regional leadership programs are encouraged to attend to network and engage with nonprofits across Colorado Springs and city, county and state boards and commissions. In this booth fair, drop-in style event, community members and representatives from the nonprofit and public sector entities will connect in an informal and conversational environment.

Nonprofits and public sector entities interested in hosting a table are also encouraged to participate in order to connect directly with this network of trained, involved community leaders.
