Colorado Springs’ based Venu and its Ford Amphitheater was named to Billboard’s 2026 Top Music Venues list as the “Top West Coast Amphitheater, ” on Feb. 6. Operated in partnership with AEG Presents Rocky Mountains, the outdoor venue opened in August 2024 under parent company Venu Holding Corporation (NYSE American: VENU).

    JW Roth

The ranking, based on Billboard’s editorial review and Boxscore data, places Ford Amphitheater among leading international venues including Las Vegas’s Sphere and London’s O2 Arena. VENU founder and CEO J.W. Roth said the recognition reflects the company’s vision to redefine the live entertainment experience through design and hospitality innovations.

Since opening, Ford Amphitheater has earned national attention for its high-end fan amenities and design features overlooking Pikes Peak. It was previously nominated for Pollstar’s “Best New Concert Venue of the Year.” The site serves as a model for VENU’s planned expansion across Texas and Oklahoma, where new venues will feature enhanced architectural elements and year-round programming flexibility.
