RMG’s projects include work on apartment complexes, Bison Wildlife Refuge and the self-cleaning restrooms in Bancroft Park in Old Colorado City.

Springs Fabrication offers a wide range of services, including project management, design and engineering, material processing, machining, fabrication, blasting, painting, assembly and testing. The Colorado Springs facility is one of the largest purpose-built manufacturing facilities in the Rocky Mountain region. Its standout features for large complex projects include an assembly bay area with 55 feet under hook height, and a 450-foot fabrication bay — one of the largest in the region. Springs Fabrication’s work runs from the highly visible (like the eye-catching Epicenter Sculpture at Weidner Field and the Julie Penrose Fountain in America the Beautiful Park) to the highly technical (vacuum furnace vessels, flotation cells, tunnel liner and diverter system and NIST Very-Small-Angled-Neutron-Scattering Chamber). Custom fabrication is the hallmark of Springs Fabrication’s growth and success.

Berwick Electric is an employee-owned electrical contractor that was established in 1921 by J.D. Berwick. In 2021, Berwick Electric joined forces with Guarantee Electrical Company to create a full-service electrical design-build firm in Colorado Springs.
Guarantee Electrical, based in St. Louis, is owned by its employees and generates annual revenue of about $200 million. The company has locations in Aurora as well as the San Francisco area.
With an A+ rating from the BBB, Berwick employs between 100 and 200 people, depending on projects.
J. Douglas Berwick started the company in 1921 after he converted the lighting system in his family’s home from gas to electricity. His neighbors saw the results and soon hired the company to do the same conversion for their homes. During the early years, Berwick worked on the construction of Grace Episcopal Church, the original St. Francis Hospital, the First Bank Building and the Colorado Hall at The Broadmoor.
